At Filofax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Filofax packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
